It encodes the second letter of the last name as well, to the n'th digit, which n is something I haven't figured out yet - whether it encodes a fixed number of letters, variable number of letters, or all the letters.īy removing the first letter of the last name, and the first two characters of the last name code (letter and number), I sorted the list in alphabetical order (without the first letter of the last name), and noticed that the last 3 digits of the last name code increases steadily from 001 to 999, and resets back to 001 several times. The next three numerical digits, or the remainder of the last name encoding, also uses the same pattern above. Second alphanumerical digit (or the first number) can easily be encoded from the second letter of the last name.
